Set in the heart of West Sussex, our unique and tranquil Glamping site has everything you would wish for a wedding with a natural and rustic charm.

Here at ‘Southwood Park Estate’ we pride ourselves on providing a first class service to all our clients while giving the freedom of expression to make it truly as unique and as magical as you. We know styles, choice and design change for each couple and with this in mind we have put together 3 packages that will hopefully lend itself to the ideas and preferences you have for your special day, finishing with a party under the stars.

All options are based on 50 guests, with accommodation for 40, additional camping is available POR.

Option 1 - £6.995 (50 Guests)

What’s included: 

  • Your personal event manager
  • Accommodation based on 40 guests – Bridal bell – check in Friday 4pm – check out Sunday 11am
  • Wedding ceremony Saturday 1pm – based on 50 guests
  • Reception drinks – Prosecco / beer / softs
  • Rustic alfresco BBQ, Spit Roast or Buffet, Eco friendly disposables
  • Cocktail hour – Kilner of cocktail based on 50 guests
  • Hay bales, picnic benches or picnic blankets. Site staff, Chef inc bar staff until 2300hrs
  • Sunday Breakfast

Option 2 - £10.995 (50 Guests)

What’s included: 

  • Your personal event manager
  • Accommodation based on 40 guests – Bridal bell – check in Friday 4pm – check out Sunday 11am
  • Friday night Fish and chips or Mexican based on 40 guests
  • Continental bridal breakfast Saturday morning with prosecco/bucks fizz
  • Ceremony based on 50 guests
  • Reception drinks prosecco, beer, softs
  • Canapes x 3
  • Bench style banquet seating
  • Formal sit down – BBQ, Spit Roast, Grazing platters, or family service style menu. Evening food – pulled pork buns, bacon baps – veggie option
  • Cocktail hour – Kilner of cocktail based on 50
  • Tea/coffee – ice cream – ice pops
  • 2200 hrs Fire pit and s’mores
  • Site staff, chef, service staff, inc bar staff until 2300hrs
  • Sunday morning breakfast based on 40

Option 3 - £16.995 ( 50 Guests )

What’s included: 

  • Accommodation based on 40 guests over 3 nights- Bridal bell with full decoration & Wedding welcome hampers, check in Friday 4pm – check out Monday 11am
  • Basic hire decor package – table runners, wedding/seating signs, chair sashes, linen 
  • Friday night Fish and chips or Mexican night based on 40 guests
  • Continental bridal breakfast Saturday with prosecco / bucks fizz
  • Ceremony based on 50 guests
  • Reception drinks prosecco, beer, softs – canapes x 3
  • Bench style banquet seating
  • Formal sit down – BBQ, Hog, Grazing platters, or family service style menu
  • Ice cream – ice pops – Tea and coffee service
  • Cocktail hour – Kilner of cocktail based on 50
  • DJ –  our recommended supplier – finished by 2300hrs
  • 2100 hrs Evening food – pulled pork buns, bacon baps – veggie option.
  • 2300 hrs Fire pit and s’mores
  • Sunday cooked breakfast
  • Sunday 1800hrs – Pizza, hot dogs and popcorn party followed by film or games night, hot chocolate in the main marquee with blankets, bean bags and pillows
  • Site staff, Chef, waiting staff inc bar staff until 2300 hrs Saturday / 2200 hrs Sunday
  • Monday morning cooked breakfast based on 40

Accommodation

Rent luxurious bell tents for your wedding guests. These tents are typically more spacious and comfortable than traditional camping tents, with amenities like comfortable beds, furniture, lighting, and tea/ coffee facilities. 

Luna Belle Tents

Our luxury belle tents can sleep up to 6 people. They include a wood burning stove, kettle, tea / coffee / milk / sugar / water and comfy bedding (towels not included)

The units are various in sizes. They sleep up to three guests (small), four guests  (medium)  and comfortably sleep up to six guests (large), with a double bed and up to four fold out single beds. Each tent is fitted with a inside door lock alarm for added safety. The living space is carefully designed for resting, eating and sleeping. They are furnished with a coffee table, chest of drawers, clothes hangers and indoors and outdoor seating. View all the details on our Booking Page.
